Below you can find information regarding our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping information

NSM Sport offers same-day shipping for the orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (excluding Saturday, Sunday or holidays). All products will be shipped from the warehouse (located in US) that is closer to the shipping address.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• All domestic residential orders will be shipped by UPS Ground.
• Shipments to Military/PO Box/Alaska/Hawaii are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Orders shipped by UPS Ground will generally arrive within 1-2 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Also, UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays, do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. For all orders shipped by UPS we will send to you your personal tracking number and additional tracking information by e-mail.

Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail will generally arrive within 2-5 business days.

Note: All orders returned due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 charge and a 15% restocking fee.

Returns information

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and in a resalable condition (other than damages).

To return please contact nsmsport@nsmstores.com with the following information:

• Invoice number.
• Product description, item number (SKU) and quantity.
• Date of purchase (all returns must be must be within 30 days of delivery).
• Reason for return.

Note: Closeout and discounted items may not be returned.
