This privacy policy covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by NSM Sport anytime you interact with NSM Sport, such as when you visit our website, when you purchase products, or when you contact our sales or support associates.

Membership

• When you make a purchase on our website, you can choose to become a member. When you become a member, you provide your personal information (described below) and choose your own member password to use for all future purchases on the website.

Order

• We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. Here, is where a user must provide his/her contact information, like name and shipping address, shipping information, and form of payment. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer's order. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

HTTP cookies

• A HTTP cookie (cookies) is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users in the aggregate by analyzing popular areas and products to enhance future experiences on our website. • On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if your order status changed we might send you an e-mail notification.
