Directions
For Pre-Workout Energy: Drink one (1) Diet Turbo Half & Half about 20 minutes before exercise. For Anytime Energy: Drink one (1) Diet Turbo Half & Half after waking, late afternoon or anytime you need additional energy and alertness. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
