Directions
Shake well before use. For Pre-Workout Energy: Begin drinking one (1) Carbo Force approximately 20 minutes prior to exercise and continue sipping during training. For Post-Workout Recovery: Begin drinking one Carbo Force immediately upon completing your workout. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
